Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced onsite Site Lead to manage daily operations for a participant-based technology and data collection program in San Diego. You will supervise moderators and data collection specialists, coordinate staffing, protect data quality, and escalate onsite issues.

You will lead briefings, track performance, and ensure safety, privacy, and procedural compliance while delivering strong client-ready communication and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years in operations leadership, team supervision, site coordination, field operations, or program delivery.
• Experience supervising employees in customer-facing, service, research-support, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations, staffing coverage, work assignments, participant flow, and readiness for opening/closing.
• Coordinate priorities across the onsite team and adjust resources to meet demand and targets.
• Ensure equipment, materials, workspaces, and controls are available and functioning.
