Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, research support, field operations, healthcare, events, data collection, laboratory support, or administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego with flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Welcome participants and complete check-in with documentation.
• Explain study procedures and guide participants through sessions.
• Follow study protocols to ensure consistent procedures.
• Monitor sessions and document outcomes accurately.
• Set up and operate mobile devices, cameras, sensors, tablets, and related equipment.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with site setup, equipment inventory, scheduling, and participant flow.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and privacy.
