Job summary

Wipro Limited in Pittsburgh is seeking a proactive Program Lead to oversee daily data collection operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, quality, and SLAs.

You will act as the primary site contact, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, tracking KPIs, coaching staff, and supporting onboarding, with hands-on basic macOS troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in operations, program coordination, or related roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Serve as the primary site contact for operations and escalations.
• Monitor workflows, staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and minimize impact.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and security requirements.
• Coach and develop leads and associates.
• Support onboarding and training of team members.
• Monitor attendance and SOP adherence, applying corrective actions.
• Oversee participant experience and ensure customer focus.
• Provide basic macOS troubleshooting support when needed.
• Maintain operation reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency.
