ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking an OnSite Supervisor in Scottsdale to support the Onsite Manager and ensure seamless site operations within the Manpower Service Delivery model. This role emphasizes daily task execution, compliance, and a positive experience for clients and talent.

You will bridge gaps between OnSite Manager, talent, clients, and leadership, drive reporting accuracy, manage client communications, and uphold safety and operational excellence on site.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role and service delivery environment.
• Digital literacy with MS Office applications (MS Word/Excel) and common collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry and reporting of time, attendance, payroll, and invoicing with contract compliance.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
• Process and prioritize client orders and coordinate with internal teams for resource alignment.
• Conduct check-ins with new hires to support onboarding.
• Monitor performance and address issues with guidance from OnSite Manager.
• Promote and enforce site safety and incident documentation.
• Maintain regular client updates and team alignment on operations goals.
• Assist in administrative wrap-up tasks and SOP compliance.
