Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven client-facing experience in staffing or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and reporting of time, attendance, payroll, and invoicing.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client reports with accuracy.
• Manage client orders and coordinate resource alignment across teams.
• Conduct check-ins with new hires for onboarding guidance and support.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans with the OnSite Manager.
• Promote safety culture and document incidents for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular updates to OnSite and Client Ops Manager and client.
