Job summary

Manpower is seeking an OnSite Manager for a fully onsite role in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley. You will lead site operations, manage talent, and ensure service delivery excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.

Hours are 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a focus on operational efficiency and positive experiences for clients and talent. You will oversee four key areas: Site Operations & Talent Management, Service Delivery Excellence, Client

Qualifications

• Industry: 3+ years in Supervising contingent workforce.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cross-referencing talent timesheets to ensure hours and rates align with client requirements.
• Order Management: Process additional client orders and align resources with client demands.
• Talent Engagement & Support: Check-ins with talent and provide support and feedback as needed.
• End-of-Day Wrap-Up: Complete administrative tasks and prepare for the next day.
