ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking an OnSite Supervisor (Conv) for Jacksonville, FL to support the Onsite Manager and ensure seamless site operations. You will manage data entry, reporting, client communications, and talent onboarding while maintaining safety and compliance on client sites.

In this role you will lead day-to-day tasks, collaborate with managers, and drive service delivery excellence across operations, engagement, and administrative processes.

Formación

• Industry: 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, human resources, or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: Digital literacy with desktop applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, WMS).

Responsabilidades

• Data entry and reporting: input and reconcile time entry, attendance, payroll, and client invoicing with accuracy.
• Client reporting: produce and share daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
• Order management: process client orders and coordinate with internal teams for alignment.
• Talent engagement: onboarding support, performance monitoring, and safety oversight.
• Administrative excellence: wrap-up tasks and SOP/compliance checks.
