ManpowerGroup on-site manager leads daily site operations and talent management to deliver service excellence at client locations. You will supervise the service team, ensure accurate data entry, payroll, and invoicing, and uphold contract compliance and safety processes.

You will also maintain client relationships, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and performance reporting throughout the day.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in staffing or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Digital literacy: MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, and workforce management systems.

• Oversee data entry, time tracking, payroll and invoicing tasks for client and talent performance data.
• Prepare and deliver client-specific reports ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of hours and rates.
• Manage client orders and align resources to meet client demands with internal stakeholders.
