Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Carlisle, PA is seeking an OnSite Supervisor to support the Onsite Manager in delivering the Manpower Service Delivery model at client sites. This role focuses on daily operations, compliance, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and talent.

You will lead data entry, reporting, onboarding, and coordination with cross-functional teams, while mentoring talent and maintaining site safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, HR, or a client-facing operational role.
• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing or service delivery.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong digital literacy with MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Reporting: input and reconcile time entry, attendance, payroll, and client invoicing with compliance.
• Client Reporting: prepare and distribute client-specific reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Talent Engagement & Management: check-ins with new hires, monitor performance, address issues, and support onboarding.
• Administrative Excellence & Compliance: finalize safety reports, time clock corrections, and SOP compliance audits.
