Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and employees to ensure a positive workforce experience.
• Support recruitment efforts through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Oversee daily on-site workforce operations and ensure client staffing needs are met.
• Manage employee attendance, including verifying daily check-ins/check-outs and addressing attendance concerns.
• Coordinate employee assignments based on client production needs and operational requirements.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate daily expectations, safety requirements, and performance goals.
• Monitor employee productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance throughout each shift.
• Address tardiness, call-offs, and attendance issues while coordinating replacement associates when needed.
• Maintain accurate headcount and staffing levels to support client demand.
• Assist with new employee onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
• Conduct safety walk-through evaluations and promote a safe work environment.
• Review and verify daily reports, workforce records, and operational documentation.
• Complete payroll-related duties, including reviewing time records for accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide ongoing support and problem resolution to employees and clients.
