Elwood Staffing is seeking an On-Site Specialist to support the client On-Site program, coach associates, and enforce safety. The role requires coordinating with client management, scheduling temporary resources, and ensuring performance meets expectations on site.

You will engage with supervisors, manage incident reporting, and work with branch teams to optimize staffing levels. This position emphasizes service excellence and adaptability in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate across teams with urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required to travel.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with the client's management team.
• Recruit temporary resources to meet client needs.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel and associates.
• Meet with client supervisory personnel to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of client facilities, policies.
• Collaborate with branch, regional, and corporate teams.
• Orient new hires to company policies and safety.
• Walk floor to monitor production demands and safety.
• Complete injury reports and assist injured workers.
• Monitor turnover and develop retention strategies.
