Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to manage staffing operations at client sites, ensuring smooth daily workflow, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead attendance, scheduling, and onboarding while strengthening relationships with clients and building a strong talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in staffing or supervisory roles, excels in communication, and can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Adaptability and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with G Suite and HR systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and staffing best practices.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily check-ins, attendance, and scheduling to meet client production needs.
• Track time punches and maintain accurate records, including end-of-shift reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and address staffing needs.
• Onboard, orient, train, and provide performance feedback to teammates.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, safety rules, and workplace regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and assist with investigations as needed.
• Partner with the branch team to recruit, onboard, and develop top talent.
• Handle administrative tasks and produce badges and reports.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
