Job summary

First Advantage in Fishers, IN, is seeking an Operations Clerk to provide cross-functional operational support across Badge Fulfillment, Clinical Services Shipping, Mailroom Operations, and Onsite Operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.

You will handle shipping, mail processing, inventory, data entry, and customer correspondence, working fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Operations Support across Badge Fulfillment, Clinical Services Shipping, Mailroom Operations, and Onsite Operations Support.
• Accurately print, package, and ship badges; process fulfillment requests within service levels; maintain materials inventory.
• Assist with onsite facility tasks, provide visitor support, and support office operations and general administrative activities.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail: open, sort, scan, print, copy, email, and distribute; coordinate carrier shipments; maintain logs.
