Job summary

First Advantage in Fisher's, IN is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to manage daily production and fulfillment while upholding customer-specific requirements. The role coordinates across departments to meet service levels, serving as the primary escalation point for issues, and driving process improvements in line with FA policies.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, presentation and analytical skills, plus several years of supervisory experience in operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations and/or transportation industry experience.
• Proven track record of excellent presentation, organizational and leadership skills.
• 2-3 years of supervisory and/or personnel management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle compliance requirements is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and tracking customer performance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day production and fulfillment: Implement and manage team performance targets & goals and ensure the team performs in accordance with defined expectations.
• Personnel management: lead the team; drive employee engagement.
• Customer Relationship management: participate in meetings; manage relationships; prepare regular updates.
• Process improvement: oversee, develop, implement and train departments to ensure proper role training.
