Job summary

First Advantage is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Fishers, IN team. This on-site role will support vehicle-related documentation, report generation, and process improvements while coordinating with multiple agencies.

You will manage documentation through RoadReady and TFMS systems, maintain reports, and assist in title and license tasks. The position requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience required; experience in transportation industry or Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred.
• Strong computer navigation skills; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate with customers, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound transactional tasks are documented in the tasking system and routed to the appropriate teams.
• Update internal systems with location/vehicle information as provided by customers.
• Provide recurring reporting to customers for required documents.
• Complete administrative tasks such as folder creation, citation management, and title audit support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
