Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Experience in transportation industry or Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Excellent phone skills and clear communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document customer transactions in RoadReady and route to the appropriate teams.
• Update TFMS with location/vehicle information as provided by customers.
• Provide recurring reporting to customers for required documents.
• Create ad-hoc task folders, manage citations, and support title audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
