Job summary

First Advantage is seeking an Operations Clerk to provide cross-functional support across Badge Fulfillment, Clinical Services Shipping, Mailroom Operations, and Onsite Operations. This role is fully onsite at our Fishers, Indiana site, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Key duties include supporting shipping, mail processing, inventory management, data entry, and clerical tasks, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and timely completion of time-sensitive

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to process time-sensitive tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional operations support across multiple functions.
• Badge fulfillment tasks and onsite operations support.
• Support mailroom operations and inventory management.
• Data entry and clerical duties supporting daily operations.
• Provide support to other groups for specialist projects on an as-needed basis.
