You will serve as the main liaison between the client, branch, and on-site workforce, ensuring smooth scheduling, attendance, and compliance with safety policies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and relationship-building to maintain high performance and client satisfaction across the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the client, the branch, and the onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and assist with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
