Feuji in Saint Louis, MO seeks a New User Onboarding Specialist to deliver onsite training for new employees, ensuring they are equipped to use systems, devices, and processes from day one.

You will prepare onboarding materials, support device setup, coordinate with site leads, and provide first-line help during sessions, with travel to acquired locations as needed.

This role requires strong presentation and interpersonal skills and comfort with M365 and corporate IT environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in training delivery, onboarding, or end-user support.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort with M365, collaboration tools, and standard corporate IT environments.
• Ability to travel to acquired site locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onsite new-user training sessions covering device usage, collaboration tools, and support processes
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials and quick-reference guides
• Support new-hire device setup and initial account activation alongside desktop/service desk teams
• Collect onboarding feedback to improve training materials for future integration waves
• Coordinate onboarding schedules with site leads and the Project Lead
• Provide first-line support during onboarding sessions and escalat
