Job summary

QuikStor is seeking a thoughtful Software Trainer to empower customers and internal teams through effective product training. You will lead live sessions for facility managers, regional teams, and storage operators, while developing onboarding plans and scalable training materials.

From onboarding to advanced modules, you will collaborate with instructional design, support, and product teams to ensure adoption, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering live training or enablement on a SaaS platform.
• Experience training both external customers and internal employees.
• Proven experience training non-technical, time-constrained users and people with different levels of tech comfort.
• Comfort with financial and accounting concepts: ledgers, reconciliation, payments, delinquency.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
• Highly self-directed and a reliable communicator; comfortable building systems in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, role-based trainings for new customer cohorts.
• Build and run onboarding lesson plans with structured follow-ups.
• Tailor each session to the audience’s tech comfort and handle pricing or contract questions.
• Show customers the value: how QMS saves time and improves decision making.
• Run ongoing upskilling for Implementation, Support, and Client Success, including advanced accounting and reporting.
• Deliver product training for new hires as part of onboarding.
• Learn complex workflows through train-the-trainer sessions and own teaching them.
• Over time, own new-feature training with the development team and update LMS content.
• Monitor engagement and flag adoption gaps to the Instructional Designer.
• Identify common usage gaps and report insights to drive product improvements.
