The position requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and collaboration technologies. You will work onsite at the client site in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in developing and delivering technical training programs within IT or enterprise environments.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and collaboration technologies (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Training design & delivery for IT staff; develop instructional content and user guides.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions (workshops, webinars, one-on-one coaching).
• Assess technical skills gaps and develop targeted training plans.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update content based on feedback and business needs.
