Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Office Services Technician in Chicago, IL.

This 12-month contract role involves delivering comprehensive office support, mail handling, conference setup, fleet coordination and front-desk coverage to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of office services experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in office services.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving packages.
• Must be customer service oriented, professional and have a friendly demeanor.
• Must be detail oriented and able to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and deliver mail, packages, and dry cleaning.
• Prepare shipping labels and shipments with various carriers.
• Maintain employee mail recipient lists and mailbox locations.
• Coordinate fleet vehicle scheduling for cleaning and projects.
• Set up and break down conference rooms daily and assist with desk setup.
• Assist with employee exits and desk item logging for turnover.
• Communicate needs to facilities and building management.
• Repair and maintain office equipment and assist with office moves.
