Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a facilities maintenance company in Manhattan, NYC.

This full-time onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning as a temporary assignment with potential for permanent employment based on performance. You will handle calls and emails, create service tickets, coordinate vendor dispatch, and maintain client relationships while collaborating with project management, subcontractors, and accounting to ensure

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, preferably in a professional office or service-based environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn CRM/work order systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fully onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally, providing timely service.
• Create service tickets, enter work orders, coordinate vendor dispatch, and schedule maintenance.
• Follow up on work orders, communicate updates, and maintain positive client relationships and records.
• Collect and organize invoices, work order documents, and required forms; maintain accurate records.
