Job summary

Intenseye is expanding its US team and seeks a Customer Success Manager based in New York City. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal for our AI-powered platform, acting as the trusted advisor to customers and coordinating with internal teams to maximize value.

Ideal candidates have SaaS CS experience, strong relationship skills, and comfort working in a fast-moving, distributed environment. On-site in NYC Chelsea three days per week; willingness to travel 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Customer Success Manager within a SaaS company.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a geographically distributed, fast-moving team.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer sites.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse or operational environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workstreams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be trusted advisor and advocate for US and global customers.
• Build relationships to ensure onboarding, implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
• Proactively engage through strategy calls to maximize value and identify usage opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and renewals.
• Understand goals and co-develop strategic plans with customers.
• Monitor health and mitigate risks; connect customers to the right teams.
