Intenseye is expanding its US team and seeks a Customer Success Manager based in New York City. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal for our AI-powered platform, acting as the trusted advisor to customers and coordinating with internal teams to maximize value.
Ideal candidates have SaaS CS experience, strong relationship skills, and comfort working in a fast-moving, distributed environment. On-site in NYC Chelsea three days per week; willingness to travel 20% of the time.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for our growing US team based in New York City. The Customer Success team is responsible for driving an exceptional experience and sustained value for Intenseye customers through building trust, providing strategic guidance, and consulting on the Intenseye platform. The outcome is realized and increased value, satisfaction, and renewal of our customers.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is:
$115,000 - $125,000 a year
