Job summary

Talentify is seeking a NOC Engineer to actively monitor networks, cloud environments, databases, and authentication systems from our Scottsdale operations center. You will triage alerts and escalate issues to keep live robotaxi operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with our SRE team to translate shift observations into lasting reliability improvements, participating in incident reviews and producing detailed reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a NOC, SOC, TechOps, or similar structured operations environment.
• Experience monitoring enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and critical databases.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, authentication services EntraID, OpenAuth, SSL/TLS and general networking.
• Proficiency with modern monitoring and observability platforms (Grafana, Datadog, Kentik, Logic Monitor) or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Willing and able to work 100% on-site in Scottsdale, AZ with a weekend day every week.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 monitoring of critical IT services, networks, and infrastructure from Scottsdale operations center.
• Acknowledge, investigate, and triage system alerts.
• Act as primary responder for incidents impacting live services.
• Follow escalation pathways to route issues to specialized teams.
• Monitor health of cloud environments, databases, DNS, and authentication services.
• Participate in incident retrospectives to improve reliability and reduce outages.
• Document incidents and produce shift handoff reports and summaries.
• Join escalation calls to aid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
