Bee Talent Solutions is helping a client recruit a Network Operations Engineer to monitor and support critical networks, cloud infrastructure, databases, and authentication systems that keep live Robotaxi operations running smoothly.

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, this on-site role requires 5+ years in NOC/TechOps, strong incident management, and collaboration with SRE and engineering to improve reliability. Expect 24/7 shifts including weekends and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a NOC/TechOps or similar mission-critical operations environment.
• Experience monitoring enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and databases.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, authentication services (EntraID, OpenAuth), SSL/TLS.
• Proficiency with modern monitoring/observability platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.
• Williness and able to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, with a weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 proactive monitoring of critical IT services, networks, and infrastructure.
• Acknowledge, investigate, and triage system alerts; primary responder for incidents.
• Escalate and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and identify root causes.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and shift handoffs; produce service status reports.
• Participate in incident retrospectives to improve reliability and reduce outages.
• Coordinate with SRE and engineering for incident prevention and reliability improvements.
