Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC is seeking a NOC Analyst to monitor and troubleshoot critical network, datalink, and application infrastructure supporting global communications. You will coordinate with telecom providers and internal teams to resolve incidents in a fast-paced 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities include incident tracking, proactive performance monitoring, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining detailed records and following ITIL/ITSM practices.

Qualifications

• Requires CompTIA Network+ certification and strong TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and best practices for operations.
• Familiarity with HSRP and BGP routing protocols.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network management systems and coordinate with telecommunications providers to restore service quickly.
• Track, document, and maintain incident records in the incident management platform.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot or escalate network and system issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication and status updates during incident resolution.
• Apply established operational procedures with sound judgment in issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve network/system issues of moderate complexity; assist with higher-level incidents as needed.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure; contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operational support and service continuity.
