Qualifications

• 3+ years in a NOC or telecom ops role
• Knowledge of network fundamentals and transport technologies
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks, IT/OT services, and cloud-connected environments
• Manage incidents in line with SLAs and runbooks
• Coordinate restoration with engineers, field teams, carriers, vendors and partners
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and knowledge management
