Qualifications

• Hands-on property attendant with maintenance, cleaning public areas, room prep, and laundry duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: manage work orders and preventative maintenance, including carpet cleaning and light plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Inventory: maintain maintenance supplies and place orders.
• Housekeeping: prep rooms for housekeepers and review maintenance needs.
• Guest Services: assist with after-hours check-in/check-out and guest requests.
• On call: be on call overnight for after-hours guest needs.
• Emergency procedures and security responsibilities.
