Job summary

KB Home is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to engage prospective buyers, present models, discuss floor plans, and guide them toward closing at community sites in California.

The role requires a current real estate license, strong communication skills, and experience using social media to drive sales. Base pay is $60,000 annually plus commissions, with total earnings of $125,000–$175,000. On-site field position with a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous/new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective buyers and demonstrate models, homes, and sites.
• Close sales, handle offers, and refer financing to our lender.
• Generate new prospects through networking, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain and update marketing materials and community information.
• Host openings and community events and provide CMA data to attract brokers.
