Job summary

Inspire Communities in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an IT Support Analyst II onsite to support desktop hardware, mobile devices, and application helpdesk. You will interact with employees across locations and work with vendors to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes proactive service, security awareness, and collaboration with the IT Operations team to enable smooth operations for a growing portfolio of communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct internal support: daily support across core systems and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage hardware: troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, and Wi‑Fi equipment.
• Enterprise application support: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other business apps.
• Enforce security protocols and respond to threats in coordination with security partners.
• Travel up to 10% and on-site 4+ days per week at Phoenix office.
