Job summary

ISOutsource is seeking an engineer to support client environments in the Phoenix area. The role requires on-site presence and willingness to relocate or reside nearby, with a focus on network design, virtualization, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

You will work closely with leadership to implement solutions, maintain systems, and participate in an on-call rotation. Competitive compensation and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent degree or higher
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Some local travel to and from clients required

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards and approved solutions by ISOutsource leadership.
• Ensure networks, systems, and security are set up and functioning per industry best practices.
• Ensure hardware and software meet compatibility, performance, and user requirements.
• Maintain networks and infrastructure to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation twice a year.
• Daily time entry for all activities.
