Uniteklearning is seeking a Nurse Educator to provide direct support for state-based BSN | MPEN | VNPN nursing programs, focusing on NCLEX prep and student retention. You will mentor students and guide ATI-related activities while analyzing exam data to drive improvement.

The role requires on-site presence, collaboration with Nursing Administration, and delivering LMS-based online teaching experiences to support students through and after the program.

Formación

• RN licensure with an active, unencumbered license.
• Minimum 1 year NCLEX experience or 2 years of academic teaching experience.
• Experience with online teaching using a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support for state-based nursing programs and NCLEX prep.
• Monitor NCLEX and BON results, identify at-risk students and plan improvements.
• Coordinate ATI live review, VATI, Capstone, test-taking seminars and practice tests.
• Collaborate with Nursing Administration and Licensure teams on tracking and analysis.
• Lead onboarding and professional development related to test taking and NCLEX success.
• Attend campus on-site up to 5 days per week as an essential function.
