Unitek Learning seeks a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree to provide direct support to nursing students across BSN, MPEN, and VNPN programs. The role focuses on retention, NCLEX readiness, and alignment with licensure initiatives.

You will coordinate on-campus orientation, monitor KPI-driven outcomes, and collaborate with ATI partners to ensure access to remediation resources and test-taking strategies. The position requires on-site work up to five days per week.

Formación

• RN licensure in good standing and current nursing practice knowledge.
• Master's degree in nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year NCLEX experience or 2 years of academic nursing teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support for BSN/MPEN/VNPN campus nursing students throughout and after the program.
• Support licensure initiatives across programs with data-driven NCLEX prep.
• Coordinate new student orientation and ongoing student lifecycle activities.
• Attend At-Risk meetings and assist with exam preparation.
• Serve as liaison to ATI partners for Live Reviews, VATI, Capstone, and Test-Taking Seminars.
