Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks an NCLEX Success Specialist to support nursing students across campuses, with travel up to 50%. The role emphasizes NCLEX exam prep, licensure tracking, and collaboration with campus leadership.

The position requires RN licensure, a master's degree in nursing, and experience with online teaching and LMS tools. On-site collaboration with students and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• RN with current and active licensure.
• Master's in nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
• Experience in NCLEX prep or nursing education preferred.
• Proficient with LMS and online teaching platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for nursing students across VNPN and RN programs to prepare for NCLEX.
• Monitor licensure initiatives and align NCLEX prep with student needs.
• Engage students in standardized licensure programs and track KPIs.
• Plan and participate in new student orientation and ongoing student lifecycle activities.
• Lead ATI-related scheduling and exam prep initiatives with faculty and leadership.
• Analyze PowerBI Performance Dashboard and develop follow-up plans for exam data.
