Unitek Learning is seeking an experienced nursing educator to teach in our nursing programs. The role involves on-site instruction across lecture and clinical rotations, maintaining student records, and staying current with nursing practice and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will mentor students, utilize hybrid teaching methods, and ensure compliance with licensure requirements. On-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Current knowledge of nursing practice and nursing sciences.
• Ability to mentor students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Make continuous efforts to improve quality of instruction by reviewing and utilizing different and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Demonstrate or acquire skills for utilizing online/active learning activities to enhance course content.
• Review and revise syllabus for courses within the program and instructional guidelines.
• Submit program reports to the Director in a timely manner.
• Maintain student records including attendance, grades, and skills check-off forms.
