Job summary
Unitek EMT is seeking an NCLEX Success Specialist to support nursing students across Bay Area campuses. The role requires current RN licensure, a Master’s in Nursing, and travel to Concord, South San Francisco and Hayward campuses.
You will drive NCLEX preparation, ATI scheduling, and data‑driven improvements in student outcomes. The position involves on‑site campus collaboration, KPI alignment, and mentorship of ATI Champion students, with a focus on ensuring successful licensure results and
Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum one year NCLEX experience or two years of academic teaching experience.
- Experience with online teaching using a Learning Management System (LMS).
Responsibilities
- Support NCLEX prep for BSN/MPEN/VNPN students across campuses.
- Monitor licensure initiatives and align NCLEX prep with KPI.
- Lead ATI related scheduling and exam prep activities.
- Analyze NCLEX results and collaborate with nursing leadership for improvement.
- Coordinate with campus and corporate licensure teams on student support.
