Job summary
Unitek Learning’s NCLEX Success Specialist will support nursing students across Sacramento and Reno campuses. The role is full-time and hybrid, with travel up to 50% to campuses and online engagement as needed.
You will mentor students through NCLEX prep, track licensure initiatives, and analyze exam data with PowerBI to guide improvement plans, collaborating with faculty and leadership. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing, experienced in NCLEX exam prep,
Qualifications
- RN with current and unencumbered license.
- Master's degree in nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year NCLEX experience or two years academic teaching experience.
- Experience with LMS usage for online teaching.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for online connection with students and faculty.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support for nursing students through NCLEX preparation.
- Ensure licensure initiatives across VNPN and RN programs with KPI alignment.
- Lead and participate in student orientation and At‑Risk meetings.
- Manage ATI roles scheduling, live review, VATI, Capstone, and test seminars.
- Monitor PowerBI dashboards and collaborate with faculty to plan follow‑up actions.
