Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an NCLEX Success Specialist to support nursing students across VNPN and RN programs, with travel up to 50% to Bakersfield and Ontario campuses. The role emphasizes NCLEX preparation, licensure initiatives, and data-driven improvement, while collaborating with faculty and leadership for student success.

Requires RN licensure, a Master’s in Nursing, and NCLEX or teaching experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Master's in Nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
• NCLEX experience or nursing education background.
• Strong LMS proficiency and distance-learning experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and virtual instruction.

Responsibilities

• Support NCLEX preparation and licensure initiatives across VNPN and RN programs.
• Monitor KPI and ensure data-driven licensure processes.
• Lead student orientation and ongoing exam readiness activities.
• Coordinate ATI review sessions, including live reviews and seminars.
• Analyze NCLEX outcomes and provide improvement plans with leadership.
