Job summary

CPM, Inc. seeks a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to maintain Minnesota community operations, lead the maintenance team, and coordinate with vendors to ensure facilities meet safety and aesthetic standards.

This role blends hands-on repairs (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry) with daily use of work-order software, budgeting oversight, and a strong focus on resident service. A candidate should have 2+ years in maintenance supervision and EPA/CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance supervisory role.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and comfortable using technology to stay connected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and curb appeal while delivering outstanding resident service.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and related issues.
• Manage work orders via software and coordinate with vendors.
• Lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure safety and preventive maintenance.
• Foster a collaborative environment and upholds high standards of customer service.
