Job summary

Asset Living in Minneapolis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff coordination with the Community Manager.

The role requires strong safety awareness, OSHA compliance, and excellent customer service to residents. You will manage vendor relations, inventory, and make-ready units to uphold property standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certification and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Manage inventory and ensure budget adherence.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
• Oversee unit make-readies and maintenance tasks to meet standards.
