Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to read civil, structural, and architectural plans.
• Strong communication with ownership and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Direct foremen and trades across podium and wood-frame levels.
• Develop and maintain 6-week look-ahead schedules.
• Review drawings and ensure quality control and documentation.
