Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities under the Project Superintendent, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance across multi-family projects.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage field operations, review plans and submittals, and communicate daily project status to the team, while upholding OSHA guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school; construction-related education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production and maintain documentation; coordinate subcontractors and materials.
• Ensure quality by reviewing plans, submittals, RFIs and maintaining project commitments.
• Enforce safety, OSHA compliance, and report accidents immediately.
• Assist with budgeting and management of materials; coordinate with municipalities and utilities.
• Communicate project status daily with the Project Superintendent.
