Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and city officials.
• Knowledge of podium/wood-frame construction and relevant codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct field operations on a podium-style mid-rise project, coordinating subcontractors.
• Enforce safety programs, PPE compliance, and OSHA requirements on site.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and manage RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and monitor progress to meet project milestones.
• Attend meetings and distribute minutes to trade partners.
