JN Beach Construction, located in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead field operations on a podium-style, mid-rise multifamily project. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, and ensure schedule adherence in collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent.

The role requires OSHA 30, strong communication skills, and experience with Procore and scheduling tools. Occasional extended hours may be needed to meet critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily construction experience, podium-style wood-frame knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with ownership, design teams and subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification required; ability to read plans and specs.

Responsabilités

• Direct field operations on a podium-style, mid-rise multifamily project.
• Coordinate subcontractor activity, safety, and schedule execution.
• Maintain documentation, RFIs, and daily reports using Procore.
