Job summary

This hands-on role emphasizes schedule alignment, quality, and collaboration with project teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in field construction, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings and schedules, with OSHA knowledge and Procore/Bluebeam

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field construction, preferably multifamily.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and site safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and field activities across trades to align with schedules.
• Track material deliveries, quantities, and staging to prevent delays.
• Monitor daily activities for quality, safety, and productivity.
• Maintain field records, daily logs, RFIs, and delivery receipts in Procore.
• Escalate issues to keep projects on track and aligned with drawings.
