Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily projects in the Albuquerque area. You will lead daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervision experience on multifamily builds, strong communication, and proficiency with construction schedules and field coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Proven experience overseeing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex field operations.
• Experience managing project schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Procore or similar construction management software is preferred; OSHA 30 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, site personnel, and daily field operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including weekly look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to resolve field issues.
• Review plans and specifications to identify potential conflicts and prevent delays.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor sequencing.

Position Overview

A growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects in the Albuquerque area. This individual will lead daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
