Job summary

Structor Construction, LLC is hiring a Multifamily Assistant Superintendent to work under a Superintendent, owning assigned scopes and progressing toward full site authority. This development role provides direct mentorship and growing responsibility across phases.

You will assist daily activities, monitor safety and quality, coordinate site logistics, and drive schedule progress in a hands-on environment with real expectations and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction field experience, including lead or foreman time.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and details.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily activity for assigned trades, areas, or phases.
• Complete daily logs, field reports, and superintendent deliverables.
• Conduct safety inspections and stop work if standards aren’t met.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document deficiencies.
• Coordinate deliveries, laydown, hoisting, and site logistics.
• Lead daily huddles for crews and trade partners.
• Track and report schedule progress and impacts.

First Aid/CPR/Willing to obtain

Valid driver's license

Education

B.S. in Construction Management

Construction Science degree

Engineering degree or hands-on experience
