Job summary

Structor Construction, LLC is hiring a Multifamily Assistant Superintendent to work under a Superintendent, taking ownership of assigned scopes and areas while building toward full site authority. This is a development role with mentorship and progressively larger scope on an on-site basis at our Abilene, TX facility.

Requirements include 2+ years in commercial construction, a construction-related degree or equivalent experience, ability to read plans, OSHA 30 or willing to obtain, and a valid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction field experience with lead or foreman responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and details.
• Proven ability to coordinate trades, safety, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily activity for assigned trades/areas/phases.
• Complete daily logs, field reports, and superintendent deliverables.
• Conduct safety inspections and stop work that does not meet standards.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document deficiencies.
• Coordinate deliveries, laydown, hoisting, and site logistics.
• Lead daily huddles for crews and trade partners.
• Track and report schedule progress to catch impacts early.
